I just want to say Thank you. The crowds keep getting bigger and bigger and the responses louder and louder. I want to give a special thanks to those of you that have come out several times to see me live. I did get all of your e-mail about the shows. Thanks for the kind words and rave reviews. I have tried to write back to as many of you as possible but I am getting thousands of messages. Thanks again everybody for your support.
